2Northdown is a brand new London venue for hire in the heart of heart of King’s Cross. We are kept busy most nights of the week as London’s most exciting new comedy club, hosting the best names in the business. However, this leaves us available for hire from 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday and on some evenings.

Unfortunately the venue it is not suitable for weddings, christenings and events requiring private break out space or classroom style seating.
The atmospheric 56 msq rectangular space incorporates a multi-height adjustable stage and state of the art PA and AV system. Capacity ranges from 65 seated theatre style through to 100 for receptions.
Whilst we have no kitchen, we welcome external catering. A licensed bar are available (sorry, no BYO).
2Northdown is fully accessible with step-free street level access. Minutes from Kings Cross St Pancras and just off Pentonville Road, the venue benefits from a prime location and excellent transport connections.

Day Hire
2Northdown is available to hire by the hour, half day and full day from 9am - 5pm seven days a week. Day hire covers non - ticketed day time events, including workshops, training and away days.
Our package offers excellent value for money and includes:

One hour - from £ 50 + VAT
Half day - from £ 200 + VAT
Full day - from £ 400 + VAT

We have made our day hire rates as economic as possible.
Should you require a little extra support on the day, we offer the following services for an additional fee:
Technician - from £ 15 per hour
Bar and bar staff - price available on enquiry
Filming facilitation - price available on enquiry

Ticketed Events, Evening, & Bespoke Hire
For ticketed events, evening, and bespoke hire we will work with you to create a package dependent on your requirements. This could include:
Exclusive hire of the entire space from day to night and over multiple days
Event support including technical, bar and security staff
Talent sourcing

Rehearsal Hire
We are happy to be able to support the arts in London by offering a reduced rate for rehearsal only use of the space between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. This excludes use of AV/PA systems and Venue Manager support.
